Sharon landes

For nearly 30 years, Sharon has worked with individuals and organizations in the US and abroad to develop their leadership, team effectiveness, and communication and relationship building skills. Her experience spans a variety of industries, from finance to non-profit, and leader levels all the way up to the C-suite.

Sharon is known for her extraordinary knowledge and skills as she facilitates. The lasting impact she makes on participants is due to her enlightening, enriching, and entertaining teaching methods as well as memorable content. She balances candor with humor and heart to ensure that important work gets done even when it’s challenging. As a facilitator, she brings incredible value in her flexible guiding processes for personal learning and discovery.

When she works with groups and when she coaches, Sharon is able to help create clarity and pragmatism for leaders in even the most challenging organizations. Leaders of all levels appreciate her knack for establishing instant and true rapport through authenticity, allowing them to embrace the open, safe environment and candidly disclose their thoughts. Her goal is to help those she works with realize and take responsibility for their impact at work, fostering the courage and commitment to doing the right thing amidst the pressures, influences, and opportunities in their environment.

Sharon has a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts from Brandeis University and has also studied psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. Sharon served as a visiting lecturer in leadership communication at the Haas Graduate School of Business, University of California Berkeley from 1999 to 2006.
