Deseri Garcia

Deseri Garcia is a dynamic coach, facilitator, and multisport adventure athlete with more than 10 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. Her coaching and leadership development work began in 2004 after nearly 20 years in international business development, operations, and sales.

Professionally, her goal is to genuinely connect and identify with people to improve both team and personal effectiveness. Deseri focuses on transformational coaching, team building, and leadership development to inspire powerful light bulb moments for leaders. She has worked with top-level executives, directors, managers, and business owners who value her insight into relationship building and communication within organizations. Participants appreciate the clarity of focus, team-building, and energizing experiences she brings in her sessions.

Deseri is Association for Challenge Course Technology certified and holds a certificate from The Coaching Clinic–Corporate Coach U.

She studied business at Ball State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in small business and entrepreneurship. Deseri is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
