What is it Like to Attend The Leadership Challenge Workshop?

The Leadership Challenge Workshop is far from a typical "one and done" leadership development program. Supported by over three decades of research, the behaviors taught in the workshop have been shown to be effective across various industries, leadership levels, and organizational cultures.

Over the course of the training, attendees can expect to be active participants through activities, reflection, teamwork, experiential learning, and yes, homework. Post-workshop reinforcement program provides encouragement and activities to put the learning into practice.
