DOROTA PRYMEK

Dorota Prymek’s personal goal is create a better working environment for leaders through the use of coaching and training, and to foster development within organizations by mobilizing their resources to reach the best results.

Dorota has experience training in various sectors, with a focus on intercultural trainings, leadership skills in different cultures, strategic planning, Neuro Linguistic Programming, (NLP), coaching, effective communication, global effective teams, multiculturalism, and creating a feedback culture.

Dorota has over 800 hours of coaching experience in different environments—from financial, automotive, services, executives, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and consultancies. She has led coaching sessions in English, Spanish and Polish.

Dorota holds a Master’s Degree in Culture Science, University of Lodz, Philology Department, Poland, and training certification from Poland’s NGO Trainers’ Association – sTOP. She holds coaching certifications in Meta-Coaching by Meta-Coach Foundation and the International Society of Neuro-Semantics and is an international trainer of neuro-semantics and is NLP certified by Michael Hall and the ISNS International Society of Neuro-Semantics. She also holds coaching certifications from Metamorfosiz in Puebla, Mexico, and is a certified facilitator in PRO PLAY method with PLAYMOBIL PRO. Dorota is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
