You’ll find her helping leaders and teams discover improved ways of working and increasing effectiveness through something they were initially hesitant about. She embraces creativity in her work, and you will often find her experimenting with new ideas and ways of thinking. Chelsea approaches her interactions with great depth and meaning and is seen by those that she works with as very thorough, intentional and action oriented. 

Before FlashPoint: Chelsea discovered her joy and passion for Learning and Development through her work at The Heritage Group. She has nearly a decade of experience with designing and facilitating employee training and leader development, ensuring leaders have the skills, knowledge and development opportunities required to succeed. 

Education and Expertise: Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese and International Affairs with a minor in East Asian Studies from Miami University. During her time at Miami, she studied at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in China. Chelsea is a certified instructor in Myers Briggs Steps I & II, a certified Everything DiSC^® Workplace Facilitator, a Five Behaviors^® Accredited Facilitator, and The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ Certified Facilitator.

After Work Hours: During her free time, you can find Chelsea exploring new parks with her husband and their Yorkie Turley, attending country music concerts, trying new restaurants around town, or cozying up with some takeout and a Lifetime movie. She is also a horse lover and accomplished equestrian who has competed at the world and national levels at the American Royal and World Championship Horse Shows.
