Chelsea is a thoughtful and creative leader who has a unique way of demonstrating warmth and care for everyone she meets. She has strengths in relationship building and fostering connections and is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential. With over a decade of training and facilitation experience, she is viewed by leaders and employees as a trusted expert in the Learning and Development space by delivering high quality, impactful learning that fosters collaboration and drives business results.

As a facilitator Chelsea has an ability to lift the room with her energy and positivity, content knowledge and real-time awareness of participant needs. Chelsea is at her best when she is helping leaders and teams discover improved ways of working and increasing effectiveness through something they were initially hesitant about. She embraces creativity in her work, and you will often find her experimenting with new ideas and ways of thinking. Chelsea approaches her interactions with great depth and meaning and is seen by those that she works with as very thorough, intentional and action oriented.

Chelsea discovered her joy and passion for Learning and Development through her work at The Heritage Group. She has expertise in designing and facilitating employee training and leader development, ensuring people have the skills, knowledge and development opportunities required to succeed. She leveraged her certifications in both DiSC and MBTI to enhance internal talent capabilities and formally introduced both assessments into the organization. Chelsea also played an integral role in the evolution of Kids Science Camp (created to promote STEM learning for employees’ children) in partnership with The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and was also involved in the opening of The Center, the organization’s state-of-the-art collaboration and R&D space in northwest Indianapolis.
