You’ll find her applying her background in industrial/organizational psychology to provide clients with strong research-based services, with an emphasis on survey design, assessment development, data analysis, and reporting. Rachel’s talents add value to a number of projects, helping to create effective leadership development programs and build stronger teams. Her expertise shows in measuring results and providing meaningful feedback to clients. Her ability to connect with others and her enthusiasm for FlashPoint’s work helps her create a rewarding experience that best meets clients’ needs.
Before FlashPoint: Rachel held positions in website marketing and the legal industry. She honed her research skills as an assistant in the Information Management and Institutional Research office at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis along with the psychology department at Taylor University.
Education and Expertise: Rachel holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She’s a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Rachel is a certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator.
After Work Hours: Rachel volunteers for a number of programs at her church, is an active member of Edge Mentoring, and has taken part in global service projects in Ireland, India, Ukraine, and Lebanon. She loves learning from others through exploring new places and trying new restaurants. Another passion is sports, including golf, which she’s played since age four. Rachel also serves on the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra FORTE Board.
