You’ll find her using her extensive experiences as a recognized industry leader to help clients identify, diagnose, and solve leadership issues. Nancy also works to grow and expand FlashPoint’s business. She’s a frequent speaker, author, and columnist on employee engagement, culture change, generational communication, and productivity, and her experience within organizations means that she’s personally solved many of the challenges clients face.
Before FlashPoint: Nancy served as a talent management executive in the nonprofit industry, helping her employer win multiple awards as a best place to work in the community. Earlier in her career she was president of a consulting firm specializing in intergenerational communication and management and also opened an office for a 300-office international management consulting firm.
Education and Expertise: Nancy earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in anthropology. She’s written several books, most recently Igniting Gen B and Gen V: The New Rules of Engagement for Boomers, Veterans, and Other Long-Termers on the Job, and her articles have appeared in print and online journals. Nancy’s also a frequent speaker and has presented to more than 600 audiences, including management teams in a variety of industries. She’s a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
After Work Hours: Nancy has been an active member of Indianapolis’s Downtown Kiwanis for more than 20 years. She’s also a dedicated board member of the Indiana Blood Center and active on the Purdue University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board.
