Consultant, Project Manager

Why FlashPoint? “We care about our clients—their challenges are our challenges, and we celebrate their successes right along with them. We’re inspired by our work and truly committed to our mission of creating meaningful workplaces—plus we’re a fun group of people!”

You’ll find her using her industrial/organizational psychology background to deliver powerful results to clients. With her trademark attention to detail, she helps manage multiple client projects to ensure effective and on-time delivery. In addition, as the self-described FlashPoint “data-geek,” Megan collects, interprets, and analyzes data from programs, surveys, focus groups, evaluations, and more; she works with consultants to demonstrate results to the client, and she collaborates with the marketing team so they can use the data to tell the story of FlashPoint’s impact.

Before FlashPoint: In second grade Megan resolved to become an elementary teacher, but on her first day of college she realized it wasn’t the right fit. Following the advice of a good counselor she found her home in the world of industrial/organizational psychology. Throughout school she participated in several formative internships in marketing, institutional research, and human resources—including one at FlashPoint, which led her to where she is today. In many ways she’s fulfilling her second-grade dream of changing the world by teaching others how to learn and grow.

Education and Expertise: Megan earned a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and psychology. She’s a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Megan is also a certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator.

After Work Hours: Megan’s an active member of her church community, where she sings in the choir and serves those in need. A lover of the arts, she regularly visits museums and art galleries and attends symphonic concerts and theater performances. She’s an advocate for urban environments and historic communities and homes. She also loves international travel.
