Before FlashPoint: Kristi served in the airline industry, providing training to agents, tour guides, and other company employees. She’s also gained valuable experience from positions in business development and marketing where she was responsible for coordinating events, building relationships, and managing and serving customers. Through her professional and volunteer work, Kristi has learned that everyone can develop the skills they need to succeed, grow, and reach their fullest potential.
Education and Expertise: Kristi has a bachelor's degree in telecommunications and is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series.
After Work Hours: Kristi volunteers for various organizations, including her church, her children’s school, and Indiana University. She’s also membership chair for the Association for Talent Development—Central Indiana Chapter. When she’s not performing community service or juggling her four children’s activities, you’ll find her exercising, planning her next trip, reading, taking photos, and coaching cheerleaders.
