You’ll find him taking a creative approach to developing proven and effective solutions for every FlashPoint client. Jeff works hard to expand FlashPoint’s business by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. With proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, Jeff is committed to understanding clients’ needs in order to help organizations build a strong learning culture.

Before FlashPoint: Jeff spent over 10 years in sales and sales management with companies such as XO Communications, First Advantage, and The Bernard Hodes Group. With a background in providing SaaS products and IT solutions for HR and IT decision makers, Jeff has adopted a client-focused, consultative approach and a commitment to bringing about mutually beneficial relationships for all clients.   

Education and Expertise: Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Pittsburg State University and is certified in the Sandler Selling System and The Challenger Sale. Jeff is also an accomplished speaker and a member of Toastmasters International.  

After Work Hours: Jeff enjoys traveling and takes regular trips to Palm Springs, California. On his journeys, Jeff likes outdoor activities, including hiking, walking, playing tennis, and relaxing on the beach. He is also an avid fan of local theatre, museums, art house films, and non-fiction books. A self-described lifelong learner, he thrives on attending seminars and participating in mastermind groups.
